I have been unsuccessful in downloading the latest version. I keep getting the following alert:

I am using Windows 10.

Is there anyway to change the name of a unit? New units keep coming up with generic names such "Entente Army" or something like that.

I am using the Standard Harpoon 3 Database. The submarine in question was the USS San Juan.

Shouldn't I have seen a CIWS film firing? Also, I had a submarine at PD launch a torpedo at a Chinese Frigate from about three miles out and missed! Again, targeting is an issue here.

The target is the Admiral Ushakov, manned by the Chinese. It only has one Luda escort. It is a multi-axis attack with Prowlers jamming. I am playing the Taiwan scenario.

Okay, it probably has to do with locating data. Each aircraft was equiped with Harpoon missiles, so it must be localization. Thanks.

Is there any way to perform a time on target attack? In other words, how can an attacker ensure that his HARMs arrive minutes prior to his Harpoons or other such weapons?

Roger that, but is there a penalty for building multiple brigades within one city at the same time, i.e. am I penalized for building a brigade in New York City and then turning around and building another in New York City on the next turn?

What value do these buildings have? If you are playing the North, then a tower doesn't seem to have much value since most of the fighting will be in the South.

Thanks.&nbsp; I don't mind not having one general per brigade, I am simply worried about a top heavy force with more two and three stars than one stars - somehting that is very unrealistic.
