After clicking start battle in the grand campaign as the allies with the germans attacking west arnhem the game crashes during the battle screen loadup. I find this happens a lot in various campaigns with the germans attacking

In my GC the Germans are attacking with 107 Panzer Brigade into Gemert against my dug in 2nd Battalion 504/PIR. As the battle is about to load up i get a crash to desktop. So far this hasn't happened on any of my other games

In a pbem game my opponent has had RE Lee as an AC in the west for 3 turns now and yet he still lives. Isn't the new rule of raising his mortality rating to 9 supposed to slay him if he moves out of the eastern theatre?
