Appears V2 does not include all the extra Scenarios from Lost Battles and Don to the Danube. Is Matrix going to make us buy them again?

Does this new version include all the add on scenarios that WIEI had? I.e.Lost Battles and Don to the Danube?

I have installed this on my Surface Pro 4 and the initial scenario selection screen is awful slow to respond. I have the I7 with as much memory as that table can come with. I noticed the graphics is software based on the config tab, should it be set to hardware?

Does anyone visit this forum to provide support anymore? I will ask again as my first attempt has been ignored. I have Windows 7 and cannot get this game to work. What emulation mode should I set to load first the game, then each patch?
