OK, I performed a complete uninstall. Deleted files and folders which were left behind. Then I did a clean install of 2.0.

Same problem.

UAC is enabled, however, I have set the "Run As Administrator" checkbox on the shortcut. I have also adjusted the permissions on the folder to give Everyone full permissions on it, as well as resetting the permissions on subfolders and files.<br/>
