RE: Fools Rush In Where Angels Fear To Tread: Panjack (A) vs. Q-Ball (J)

Hi Panjack:

Interesting reading for a newbie to the game as well. My small bit of advice. Make your own plan. Stick with it. Learn from it. And just have fun.

RE: Plotted movement

I would like to second Michael T's suggestion. It would be helpful to more accurately plot your moves. Especially when in close proximity to the enemy.

<t> I know What Pelton is talking about because I had the exact same thing happen to me in my last game. No need to further elaborate but my suggestion is playing server based games (especially if you don't know your opponent very well). They are very easy to set up lot's of challenges to choose ...

<t> Interesting AAR as always Tarhunnas. My current game is a the same point as yours and my front line (as the Axis) is almost exactly the same with the notable exception that I will not capture Leningrad. Curious about the losses for both sides? Can you share a screenshot?<br/>

Looking For Campaign Game

<t> Hi Guys:<br/>
<br/>
Looking for an opponent for the 1941 - 45 campaign game. At the Blitz club I am #2 on the ladder after a victory as the Axis. Would like to try the Soviet side but will play either side.<br/>
<br/>
Only requirements are a dedicated player for 3 to 4 turns a week.<br ...

Morvael:

Be sure to properly garrison the cities you capture with security/static units. That will cut down the number of partisans created significantly.

I am a rookie also. Just completing my 2nd game against the AI as the Union. I think I can give you a fair game with the rules you suggested. Let's use limited command recovery also. No restarts from me! [;)]<br/>

RE: Campaign Problem

Hi FNG:

I saw your post on that and I tried re-installing the v1.01 patch with my virus software turned off but still no luck.

The strange white overlay on my tactical map at the end of the 3rd scenario is what I think caused the problem.
