Such games like Decisives Battles have option for secure game pbem. Why is not something like this here? If I play pbem my oponents can load file many times and try win for example important battle with low % of succes. It makes games pbem no sense. Am'I wrong?

My Japan troops (2 units) attacked 2 units of China militia. Report from battle was informing about destroyed 1 Japan unit and 2 China militia but at map still were China militia - now 4 units ! What happend?

I want my troops land at north africa or west europe and i coudnt. I dont why.
