I activated the Blue Max already installed and the game flows smoohly now, in any case beyond the game turns where originally crashed..
Fingers crossed, but the hint ...

RE: An evaluation and a couple of questions

Bugs I mentioned have been reported playing the 3.2 Matrix version of Pacific War. As far as I know it is the latest released.

RE: An evaluation and a couple of questions

Thank you very much indeed for the prompt reply!

I wonder whether there is any chance that this fine game may have any update (and bugs fixing...) in the near (or at least not so far ahead) future.

An evaluation and a couple of questions

<t> I've recently downloaded Pacific War, and I must say that playing it four times (until now) has been one of the most challenging and satisfying experiences in my not short wargaming "career".<br/>

<t> Tried the update in one single full campaign scenario, playing as human CP against Entente AI. Albeit after a single game (as explained in another thread by Frank Hunter) potentialities of AI learning curve could not be fully displayed, I've remarked a substantial improvement in its ability to ...

That's the biggest problem I've seen by far. Granted, I've only played 5 games, but in the three I played as the CP, the AI just defended on both major fronts - I was still attacking France in late 1915 and the Russians had yet to move a single unit into German territory ...

Could the morale report start with the current state of morale and then go backwards, rather than always starting in 1914? By 1916 it's a bit tedious to have to go forward through all the old stuff to see where you are now.
