I think my installation instructions need updating. I have uploaded this instruction video , which should be easier to follow than a lengthy text description.

Couple of things, and I'm sure it's a user (me) issue:
1. The game counters are not loading, and I have so I'm unsure what I'm doing wrong. Unsure if I'm placing the wrong files everywhere, I tried the Europe version, and having the same issue.
2. I have the mod loaded, but only the leader counters ...

Is there a place to download the manual from? I am at a place to print it and cant do it from home
