Can you run a Halfback or Fullback pass? When I give my back the pass command the receivers' numbers come up but he won't throw the ball. Is it not possible or is there something else I should do?

Apparently I am not doing something right because when I do what you suggested (lead then move then block out), my lineman block straight ahead to the nearest dlineman or linebacker and don't pull around the end.

Whatever I try it seems my linemen pull around the end and either run by the defender without touching them or get to the end of their movement and just stand there doing nothing. The same is true when I move linemen inside on traps, counters, etc. I want to ...
