Where do you see Gfx and Resolution? under Prefs I only see sound effect and music volume

I have read the manual a few times in different sections and I'm still confused as to how Sea Boxes play into the game. I guess I'm dumb.

What is the advantage of placing ships in a higher sea box and when would you not want to do that? etc.

Yes, its a HP Laptop.&nbsp; I dont know that I can do anything about my graphics.

Mine is a straight install with the updated patch.

Yep,

I've tried restarting the game, changing graphics settings, even windowed and full screen. Nothing.

It's quite annoying because in small territories it makes it hard to see what is where.

<t> I first had the problem when first starting the game from the Menu screen. It would hang on 'Setting Scroll Speed'. I fixed that by changing the scroll speed. Now it displays the unit icons out of sync with the map.<br/>
