The scenario uses DB 473 which is too old to have full cargo data support. I will fix the exceptions but to use most cargo features you'll also need to update the scenario to a more recent DB.

The downloadable installer is stand-alone -- you won't need your CD. Just run the setup after downloading it. You will need to download the stand-alone installer for each game separately.

If you have an original DVD then a newer installer may be needed. If you go to the 'My Page' link at the top of the forum web page you can create/log in to your Matrix account and register your serial number there, which will allow you to download the latest installer for the game.
