I tried it from work, and the order went through.

Now, am I in trouble? I don't want to download this at work. I want to download it at home. Will the order number and serial number be sufficient to do that?

That sounds like the same problem I had. It gave me a different error when I gave it a bogus phone number. I'm glad I'm not the only one. For a while I thought I was being phished.
