RE: Command v1.04 Changelog

Once again ... amazing work. You are truly no longer the new kid on the block mixing things up. This is quickly becoming a veteran and refined work. Fine job and I look forward, even now, to the next suite of surprises for us!

RE: Intro Music Volume Mod?

<t> Maybe the solution then isn't the trim the volume...<br/>
<br/>
Maybe the solution is to record a 1 second silent mp3 and convert it to ogg and replace the intro music? Does that sound like it'd work or are there constraints upon the length of the track? I'm assuming that it just loops the ...

Intro Music Volume Mod?

<t> I have looked around and cannot locate this, though I'm sure others would love it...<br/>
<br/>
Is there a mod where the music that plays in the menus is either silent or GREATLY reduced in volume? I play these games with the sounds off completely and it's always a splash of cold water in the ...

I agree with countblue about the graphics though.&nbsp; For me, I have a REALLY hard time seeing units, etc. in SP.&nbsp; Not sure if there's some kind of mod or something that'd help with that.<br/>

RE: just started a mod CS meets Civil War

<t> The problem I think you'll run into with this conversion (potentially) is unit formations. So you'd have limbered and unlimbered for artillery. You'll have column and line for infantry. You'll have mounted and unmounted for cavalry.<br/>
<br/>
Best of luck because I'd love a Civil War game ...

WF Bootcamp #1 Question

<t> Is it possible to win this scenario?<br/>
<br/>
I know that sounds totally pathetic...I've tried like 2 or 3 times and the best I can do is dislodge and take the northernmost village hex. The rifle platoon in the entrenched village hex seems extremely difficult to dislodge.<br/>

Let me ...

RE: ACW Routing Question

Okay I see it now.

Rally is what reforms disrupted units and improves routed units to disrupted status.

Route is an effect caused exclusively by the fatigue of the unit exceeding 9.

Is that correct?

RE: John Tiller's ACW and Nappy games at HPS

I just ordered HPS Campaign Gettysburg.&nbsp; I hope I'm not spoiling myself because as I see now, not all the civil war battles series have as deep of campaign setups as Gettysburg.&nbsp; That said, coverage of the west is intriguing since it was not really covered in the TS series.

ACW Routing Question

<t> Okay so I feel like I'm getting the hang of the basic mechanics of gameplay, but I am consistently finding that after I successfully melee and win within a turn my units end up routed along with those nearby.<br/>

I understand that after a melee attack both the attackers and defenders ...
