I have managed to download the most recent update and the game itself seems to be running well. However I cannot access the "July 1861" scenario. I get the attached message and have to force quit the program. I went and looked in the folder for this scen. and all that is there is the comma...

If there is a new requirement, then I guess that would be it. Let me re-read the readme file again.

The button which allow the CSA to emancipate is missing after my update.
