Hello,

I just discovered a alien computer on a planet.
it provides a 60% bonus in "Skunkworks"
have I building a research laboratory on this planet absolutely to benefit?

Is there a benefit to using in our mines (Human Union), the Cryokons?
In the description of the federation Cryokons, it says they have a bonus in mines (natural miner)
