cant land my fighters

When I am using a dragon class or goliath class carrier my fighters cant figure out how to land they just fly around for a little bit then run into my carrier. Is there any way to fix that?

problems in multiplayer

For some reason, when I'm using a carrier thats not an orion class my fighters cant seem to figure out how to land, they just run into the side or rear of the ship. is there any way to fix that?
