I can't help you with anything else, but for Windows Explorer, to see the file extensions, click on Tools, Folder Options, View, then make sure Hide Extensions for Known File Types is not selected.

Ok, upon further reading on this site, I found in the General Discussions forum a post that Game On Demand orders would include a paper manual.&nbsp; On the order pages it does not list a Game On Demand option, is that the same as Physical Shipment?
