Does any one know whether it's possible to make informal peace and then ally with the same major power within the same Dip phase? Doesn't seem to work in a test solo game vs the computer but what about a PBEM game?

Sorry - should have said 1.03.14. Anyway it's the new one just released.

Have just downloaded the new patch 1.04.   The south east quarter of the map is multiple imaged and not properly viewable. Have tried saved games and new games - all seem to have the identical problem
What can I do to solve this?

Playing solo as France - all fine until lock-up during March 1809 reinforcement phase ( spain placing builds).
Reloaded and changed orders but always same result.
Have attached file of march 1809 diplomacy phase.
