Campaign Series Vietnam - Release Date

Will CS Vietnam be playable on older PCs i.e. XP or Vista? Do you have a minimum spec for the game?

I don't agree with every suggestion here but would like to have a keyboard shortcut for Fast Human Player as I use that option a lot.&nbsp; Mouse scroll button for zoom in\out would be nice also.
