I did finally fix it by adding -w to my target string rather than -f.

Sounds like you have the same computer I have and I'm having the mouse problem as well. What did you change your target to?

When I move my mouse around trying to set my options for a new game none of the switches on the right side will highlight. I can do the left side switches by having the curser to the right a below the switch. Any ideas?

I just installed the game direct into my D drive. The beta2 file is on the same drive.

I'm trying to reinstall the game after a HD crash and replacement and when i try to run it after installing I get this message "Error: unable to find PW data". I see the pwsdll app extension and DAT files, I'm guessing that what it's looking for. Any ideas?

In 30 years I'll be 90. I really don't want to wait that long for a good game!

That game is nearly as old as WitP! Does it work on Win10?

My favorite game of all time is WitP AE. it's getting pretty old though and doesn't work well with MS10. Is there a game out there that will entertain me as much as WitP has?

Thanks for the suggestions. I have the latest driver from Nvidia now and have checked to make sure my controls were set to application controlled. I'm still having the same problem though.

I'm having the same issues ANZAC and nothing pisses me off more than spending money on a game that doesn't work unless it is a board mod telling me it's my system. Well coded games run on my machine.
