RE: Displayed CV is way off the real one: please fix

I think the issue here though was that the CV shown after battle, actually ARE after battle, and therefore cannot be compared to the values shown before the battle..that is not misleading, but rather after the results of the battle, unless I misunderstand it.

RE: Soviet Air force

<t> I think you nailed it Hfarrish.... The ones I want to perform, in general, I raise quite high, while the ones I do not(and this is not a 'preference' thing, but rather what is aimed at what is important to me at any given week of play) I keep low. For example..most of the time, ALL of my "escort...

RE: Soviet Air force

I would say play with the air table some..also, for some reason, bombing of ground units generally is only allowed at the beginning of a turn..that one I still don't get, but, it is a rule, so have to deal with it.

Generaly, Flavius' earlier comment is about right also..the blizzard effect seems almost designed to "make up" for the ease of earlier for the Axis side.

RE: Debunking the Glantz myth

<t> I think as noted above, Glantz is simply one of the people who have had access to records. I do not think it is correct to , also, put 100% stock in Soviet records, which were just as political/propagandized as the German side was. But the lesson I would take, is that you cannot look at EITHER on...

I think it must be WAD, because on the Axis side this happens with many tanks as the OOBs upgrade, as the (rather countless) discussions regarding that topic posted by Axis players have stated.
