Both BBs aborted. They sail for Rabaul.

US finds in NZC (9-3). How to proceed?

Intercept failed (8).

NZC next. Any Allied air added?

CP has a safe route to Capetown. the Dutch CL may not base in Madagascar due to co-operation, and need to sail through Mozambique channel as it can not sail around it.

The Dutch cruiser is damaged. Does Allies stay in the sea area? If not, what is the abort port?

Both sides find in SW Ind O (4-4). Japan selects a naval air action.

Land FTR2 in Civitavecchia.
Land LND3 in Rome.

Stay as long as FTR2 remains. If LND3 is alone stay at -1 or better odds. Abort at -2 or worse. FTR2 is first loss for Italy.
