Does that error message appear immediately upon opening the RS OOB editor?&nbsp; It appears to be a&nbsp;formation file error of some type; a missing (or misnumbered, most likely) unit in the formation.&nbsp; Push OK and if any more appear continue ...

What are you doing when you get that error.&nbsp; Specifically.&nbsp; Have you changed any OBX files?

I have revised more than 50 OOBs in RS without a single error.&nbsp; It works perfectly.
