Do I assign replacements within the cities just as I would if the cities had camps if I am playing without advanced buildings or is there some other method of directly assigning replacements?<br/>

If I understand correctly, to actually have reinforcements available I need to have "Advanced Buildings" as an options so I can build Camps? Correct.
