Re: Iran notes

Thanks Jason. That did it!

2D & 3D appear in the scenario file. Both appear in the battle file as well.

One bug squashed. Appreciate your quick response.

Re: Iran notes

Just to provide a bit more information. The 2D view works fine in the Scenario Editor. However, neither 3D or 2D displays in the actual battle file. The Iranian units are the only units that seem to be affected.

Re: Campaign Series: Middle East v3.00.00 Public Beta Now Available

Just created a quick test scenario to view the new Iranian units. For some reason, when I add the units to the scenario map, the units display with a green box around the actual unit. This occurs with infantry, armor, soft vehicles, and arty.

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this.

Thanks!

Re: Strange victory points

Is it possible some of these scenarios now include variable objectives?

For example:

The Objective's Dialogue in the Batle of El Argoup scenario editors shows the Egyptian victory objectives as 50/50 and 100/100.

I'm on the last bootcamp scenario. What scenarios are recommended for a beginner to play after the bootcamps to slowly ramp up the difficulty?
Thanks for any opinions.

CS Middle East 2.30 Update - OOB error message

It appears there are some missing subunits in the Egyptian and IDF Org Editor. You receive the message after you open the specific country list.

Thanks!

User Created Scenario files affected by the new Update?

Over the years, I created a number of different maps and scenarios for Campaign Series Middle East. After installing the most recent release, those scenarios no longer work.

The Map, OOB, and Scenarios files are there. Although I can open most of the files, I typically receive an error message when ...

I voted for the Cold War game, but I'd purchase any one of the other games as well.

1948 Operation Nachshon would be a perfect Week in the... scenario.
