are the new patches in the cd?

I'm going to buy the new CD for Guns of August--my question is are the new patches already in the cd,or do I have to download them when the cd comes in the mail?

I'm thinking of buying GoA--my question is if I buy it will the new fixes already be included on the cd--or do I have to download ?Thanks --
