Nevermind, I just realized the CD is the latest version 1.202. The message should of told me the game was already up to date. That would of saved me some time and confusion.

Just bought the game from GoGamer.com and it installed fine. But can't install any patches, it keeps saying invalid license key. I even double checked the registry to see if I entered the key correctly, I did.

I'm on an older XP SP2 machine.
