Well if it is russian you can always try the translator google has. I've had pretty good luck with that in the past. Failing that I got no idea then Russians beyond me.. heck got a hard time with english and it's all I speak. -_^

I recall someone saying there was an ending with you as the leader... I don't remember where it was posted on here though. Hmmm.. I think I'll need to try that. Just go crazy and shoot everyone and see what happends.

Photoshop works the best but if your modding on the cheap Paint.NET seems to do the trick. Just don't expect anything fancy out of it. It's free not 800-900 bucks.

Need to make the back ground a clear layer and save it as a PNG then rename it from a PNG to a TGA to keep the clear layer. Photoshop works best.
