Why do the "OC" ammos show + damage numbers in DJ's if they are supposedly inferior to AP rounds? When added to my guns the damage rating goes up, and I am getting huge hits in battle.

This is true, but DJ's will still come up random with what they have to sell. So if you quit and reload ...

Yeah, that is why I changed it, values are in the "clips" file.

You can also tweak the "persons" sheet to lower the cost of Mercs. Make sure you are changing the difficulty level file for your respective game. You can also mod the Accuracy of each individual at this point.
