Thanks. My feeling is that CVs are not a main part of the naval game. Probably because it is a bit difficult to use them. By this I mean recon for the unit is fairly weak, so you have to wander around searching for units. You can use the air-recon mission, but it is rather inefficient. You have to ...

I'm looking at some aspects of the game to make improvements, etc. I would like some player feedback on two aspects of the game.

1. I would like to know how players use aircraft carriers. How you find enemy ships, attack those ships, and if you use the air-recon mission with aircraft carriers?

Me thinks that you can't change the opacity. It is pretty much hard coded into the drawing of the map.

I don't, at this time, know the answer to your question. I'll have to do a little research. If I remember correctly, shadedhex.png is used to make the shading that you see that outlines how far a unit can move.

Well, it will take some work on your part!

The effect of interception on anti-supply looks to be for each hex

Total_AntiSupply*(1-Min(Total_Interception/Total_AntiSupply))

I think that I have to take that back. The amount of fuel expended does depend on the amount of anti-supply being applied. So, I think if the enemy doesn't conduct anti-supply, you don't expend fuel. While intercepting anti-supply fighters use fuel for action of being up on patrol trying to intercept dive bombers, etc that are conducting anti-supply attacks. Depends on if you mean stop the red dots from ever appearing (you can't) or how to prevent interdiction losses. The best way is to get fighters in the area and set them to intercept.
