I think that I have to take that back. The amount of fuel expended does depend on the amount of anti-supply being applied. So, I think if the enemy doesn't conduct anti-supply, you don't expend fuel. While intercepting anti-supply fighters use fuel for action of being up on patrol trying to intercept dive bombers, etc that are conducting anti-supply attacks. Depends on if you mean stop the red dots from ever appearing (you can't) or how to prevent interdiction losses. The best way is to get fighters in the area and set them to intercept. When you hover the mouse over the hex, look in the "message box" and it will tell you how many supply were lost due to interdiction. There are also circles for powerpoints and resources lost due to interdiction.

I'm not exactly sure what the issue is since you haven't sent me anything yet. But ernie sent me a save game where he suspected that there might be an example of what you are saying. It was a GD game. From what I could tell, the subs were set to DoAS = No, and thus, they wouldn't interdict anything....

I figured that you must have gotten "distracted" - easy to do.

I have imported all the other stuff into Four Seasons, and noticed that there were still tanks to be made. So, I decided to wait a bit before bringing the tanks in.

Ernieschwitz is correct. The only way to make a new HQ is to use the "Create New Unit" button (or "N" shortcut key)
