Any resolution on the Palace bug? Just completed the marathon battle for the Palace and no dictator to be found.

I figured out that all you need to do is adjust the angle using the right mouse button and it scrolls up/down just fine.

Just installed HG and cannot move the camera up or down, either with the mouse or arrow keys. Left/right works just fine. Any suggestions? Thanks. (It worked in all four directions in the demo).
