If still causing problems<br/>
1) try the release build without running from the IDE/debugger<br/>
2) make a minimal program that will reproduce the problem, eventually report it to vendor.<br/>

Another guess could be some delphi libraries ...

RE: 'stuffing' the border

<t> I only think one person in here said the game was broken. It would take a lot more than the ability of the USSR to 'stuff' to say that the game is broken.<br/>
<br/>
I have to say im being swayed back and forth on this subject.<br/>

I think there have been many good arguments so far ...

RE: 'stuffing' the border

<t> Have you considered the fact that one of the reasons the seal med. strategy / 42 barbarossa gets so much attention (as a strong axis play) could exactly be because of USSR ability to prevent the 41 war ?<br/>
<br/>
From a metagame analysis this basicly puts the 41 barb. as a risky strategy (on ...

<r> <QUOTE><s>
</s>For the situation of the Germans taking the Netherlands, Poland, and Yugoslavia all on the first turn with no losses ... just surrender your Allies and start over if you can't set up minors and the BEF well enough to prevent that. RE: 'stuffing' the border

<t> Im curiouse, have anyone done (or would do) an analysis where germany conquers Yugoslavia, Poland, Netherlands and aligns hungary and rumania in the first turn, and where france falls early-average (eg. MJ or JA), then aligns bulgaria in 41 ?<br/>

RE: Exploits

Italy liberates baltic states ( Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia), so it can use them as another home country if italy gets counquered.

In our games we veto'ed it out as too gamey (so italy cannot liberate the baltic states).

<r> <QUOTE><s>
</s>The problem is that it does not help Russia to withstand a 41 Barb, which the German can now almost guarantee with this change, and nothing is done to offset that other than the earliest attack probably being in JA. <e>
</e></QUOTE>

<t> In sommer of 40 hitler, at one point, wanted to start Barbarossa in the fall of 40, but this plan was rejected as "unrealistic".<br/>
