I downloaded the photos yesterday from Padrefan's site.  There is an option to auto assign photos in the game.  And then it appears that the game does automatically generate the photos each season during the draft as well.

I don't see any photo packs in the 3rd party addons. Is there an addon anyone knows of to add photos to the game?

Go with fictional players and remove all the preconceived bias.
