Would Like Japanese Opponent Scn 1 or 2 (closed)

<t> Hi, I have played a few PBEM games as the Japanese. I'm looking to play as the Allies - I ever have before. I prefer to have the usual house rules(PP purchases,no strat bombing in or out of China until '44, etc.) but am flexible (things like invasions at non base hexes I'm indifferent about), an...

Clarification on RTA units

<r> I'm still a pretty inexperienced player, as is my opponent and we have been playing together learning the ropes for about 5 or 6 months and have started our 2nd game. In this game we are using the standard house rules regarding PP purchase of restricted units.<br/> <br/> In January 42 as the Jap...

<t> My first impression now after playing against the AI in the Road to Leningrad scenario twice (both as the Soviets) is still one of amazement. I am downloading this game as I type. I will be playing first as the Soviet side. As normal in games of this topic and scale, my first playthrough will solely focus on me not allowing my city (Leningrad) to fall as I learn system. [:)]

<t> The Lend Lease equpiment was very important in the late 1944 and 1945 operations in Poland, Hungary, Austria, Germany, but holding on during the first year, other than the extremely important foodstuffs and clothing sent to Leningrad starting around March 42, wasn't a factor. It was horrible Ger...

RE: Atlantic Ocean question...

Ahh yes we, the Soviets were only able to defeat the Nazi super soldiers because of Lend Lease and let me guess, the winter?

It was the Western Allies who simply allowed the Soviet Union to hang on, I forgot.
