Spain has DOW Austria and is now at war with Austria and Prussia. France is at war with GB, Russia, Prussia and Austria. Turkey remains neutral as he builds the Ottoman Empire.

I will put up new links tomorrow. I think some of my scenario files are too large to be directly linked to the Matrix forums even in zip files. Does anyone know of a permanent place I can put the links?

You are welcome Kirk23. Graham(hellfirejet) was a wonderful person and had lots of great ideas for EIA and was one of the people to ask for a tutorial to be created for new players. I am happy to dedicate the tutorial to him.

Glad you were able to download the tutorial. The reason I chose Russia is because he is the least complicated power that also has a navy and guard units. So Russia is ideal for trying to teach all the basics of the game.
