Ship information screen shows that Max Speed and Cruise Speed decrease if damaged.
But Maneuver("Manuever" in ship information screen) doesn’t seem to be affected.

Is Maneuver value which used in combat resolution routines also not affected by ship damage?

Not upgareded DD Wakatakes lost their option of conversion to APD.

Conversion option was shown at ship information screen till January 31, 1943,
I think when upgrade version of converted APD is available, Wakatake lost their option of conversion.
