So what is the current status of Steel Tigers? Yes I just bought Shrapnel Games win 10 version of steel panthers and it is playable but quite clunky.

Where did all the player made campaigns and scenarios go?

The link to war gamer does not lead to a Steel Panthers section that I could find. Does not appear it ever did.

Did we lose the Depot and all that amazing information?
