RE: Has Matrix ever considered releasing old games at competitive prices?

Just look at some forums, which are nearby death.

Those games could profit from lower prices.
Most of us sure will pay a lot for our "babies", but for just giving a try 40$(+Vat) for years old games, protects me from instant buying.

Its´s not as easy as you do. All about selling games doesn´t fit anything at all. Are we mindless slaves ?

<t> I´ve got the feeling we´re too much away from realitiy with our wargaming interest.<br/>
<br/>
I am beware of this political issue here, and maybe I will be banned of this. But as a wargamer it is not easy just to consider ww2 and something else. And neglect the days we´re living at.<br/>

RE: games you just keep playing

<t> Playing Fallout I recommend starting with the first/second one. They are the originals.<br/>
You can get them on GOG. Dont forget the patches from NoMutantsAllowed.<br/>
<br/>
Fallout 3 and up don´t have much to do with the original Fallout (except the setting).<br/>

I´ve played WW1G for 2 month now, what can I say?<br/>

Yes it is stable, crashes don´t appear (on my system) any longer.<br/>

RE: Scenarios

I´m pretty sure there will be more scenarios in future, because of this easy to handle editor.

But you get so many scenarios with the game, that most people like me seem to be busy.....[:D]

Just wait.......

Late.... but

I´m late to this party, but thanks for this fine game.

I haven´t bought a wargame for a longer time, but this one took my interest. [:)]

Don´t know exactly why, maybe the number of different scen´s and the boardgame style hooked me.

The second fine thing is, that FG doesn´t turn into a click-fest. Combined with the well developed UI, it´s a good game to play in bed without mouse [;)]

RE: Games with good/best AI?

<t> If you want a challenging game, you need to check games designed for single-player.<br/>
<br/>
Although SSG´s WW2 AI is a better one, it´s not really a challenge to beat the AI. Once you´re "in", you will win every battle, mostly with 1xxx points ahaed. Their games are designed for H2H.<br ...
