Had the same problem. Re-installing helped. If not, try to download the game again from Matrix. The installation file might be corrupt, but it's unlikely.

<r> 1.02 fixed the WindowBase Invalid Operation Exception, Freighters now work without having to set Construction to automated and I actually get suggestions now (did not before patch).<br/>
