Include pirate tribute in the cashflow. AFAIK this is not shown on the empire economy overview.

It should, but I don't think it's included anywhere right now, making it difficult to identify why the economy crashes even if you have an apparent positive cashflow.

<t> Do you have agreements with pirates? I experienced the exact same situation, with a large positive cashflow but the negative cash kept increasing. When I cancelled two deals with pirates (a total of 9k each month), the situation stabilizied.<br/>
