FIXED!!! I just uninstalled after doing a reboot..... stupid Vista.... another reason to switch to Windows 7... Thanks for the help!! Fantastic game!! I see alot of potential with this game!! Makes up for MOO3!!

That is part of the problem... I re-Installed 2 times thinking that was the problem exactly. But I will do it again and report back...
