Everything in Steam indicates that I have successfully updated to the Beta version. However, I do not see any DLC content in the game itself. As far as I can tell, I have completed each step as described.

I have just installed the game.

I cannot find or access a user manual. I have tried to play the tutorial, but each time that I press the END TURN button the game drops to the desktop. In fact, it does this in any scenario. I cannot progress past any given turn.
Please help.

Figured it out last night...

I blew through the normal German and Soviet campaigns with little trouble. But the first scenario of Fall Blau has stumped me numerous times.
I cannot get even a marginal victory, having run out of supplies and time.
I would welcome any positive suggestions. Please help.
