same problem here. Tried to reinstall completely the game and install the patch freezing Norton but to no avail.

Running windows 10 home edition, version 1703, graphics card AMD Radeon HD 6480G (drivers updated).

Started in '83 or '84 with AH Russian Campaign+some try on AH Flat Top, bought in the till now biggest boardargames shop I have ever seen in Italy (unfortunately has closed).
The first PC game was battleground Waterloo from Empire Interactive.

Just bought the game. Tried to launch tutorial: only the minimap is displayed. other scenarios seem ok.

I'm running Windows 7; I've already put all the program executables in compatibility mode with windows XP.
