Can we edit game files, such as zone of control movement, with notepad?

I am running windows vista 32bit service pack 2 on my laptop and I am running Windows 7 64bit on my PC. It is happening on both computers

I require help with the editor. The game does work and run for me, but the editor will not work or run. Any way anyone can send me the editor?

I purchased and downloaded from Impulse. The editor for the game does not execute (run). Can I download the editor files or have them emailed?

Awesome counters. One thing though, can you move the names from the bottom to the top? The names kind of hide the Strength and AP numbers

I've just recently purchased the game from IMPULSE. Seems everything works fine except for the editor. I try to run the editor it says "ed has stopped working.
Anyone else having this issue?
