RE: ATGM Realities

Just my gut assumption.....you'll know when your tanks ammo and fuel storage blow. In European terrain , your ability to keep track of whats happening is going to be pretty limited.

RE: New map WIP - West Berlin, British Sector

Here is a link for a Berlin 85 scenario that omits the 20G Army (that formation, though stationed around Berlin, was slated to attack west with the rest of GSFG)

RE: Your thoughts on the 2.04 Update

Finally got a chance to play 2.04. Good stuff. The ability to change unit posture after moving is a God-send. UI changes are nice. Currently scouring Google Images for UI pics. AI seems more agro and is quicker on their feet.

Why not start the jump off point for the attack 2KM north.....the tree line is way closer to the town; allowing the APC's a fighting chance at getting the infantry off-loaded.

Why would the SKs not just but M-1s from the US? Would not that be more cost effective?

They have their own military-industrial complex to feed

The last one I tried was the Lock n Load games. Beautiful production values compared to the older SPI/AH games and interesting mechanics, but the same old hassles....set up, pack up and lack of opponents.

RE: Next Modern/Cold War Era?

The vast majority of historical conflicts after WWII have been asymmetrical and/or wars of national liberation. Proxy wars with guerrillas and small units. The Arab/Israeli being the exception.

I think the logical step is either WW2 or 1973 Golan with this game engine
