I cannot get the game to start I repeatedly get this error error message: Failed to load Lua!Error: Unable to load DLL 'lua52' the specified module could not be found.

Hello,
Have just downloaded the demo and I am having problems with the screen resolution- the game is only partl visible with roughly a third of it, includign the control buttons, off screen- so to speak.

What can I do to get it fully visible?
