Didn't work for me- still the same error. So I uninstalled entirely and reinstalled with first patch, and all well. I was losing that game big time anyway.[:)] I'll await developments after the weekend before I try installing the new patch again . No worries!

That's right, you can't merge them until the next turn. The AI tends to be pretty good at picking off these small detachments before they can merge.

Thanks, Larry....Take a look at your keyboard. Mine has an "Alt" key and a key marked "Alt Gr" (opposite side of the spacebar on mine.) Try that one. Not sure why that one works when the other doesn't

2) check how many transport points you have, then select your leader and no more than that number of units.<br/>

3)Follow the manual instructions for naval transport. But ...
