Sorry for the delay in posting a reply. I have been working on tweaking the Events file for Rule The World 3. I hope you can download this new updated file. :)

I have tested the download, and it works at least for me. I hope it works for everyone else who wants a game without too many wars ...

I have been on My Page for members and the only download option is for v1.30.01

Help need because as it stands I can't upgrade from v.1.29.00 :)

I just discovered how to fix the Guard script so that it works as I want it to. I just needed to add a Garrison unit in Berlin.

Update: Still looking for answer to Guard script issue, as a temporary fix I have made Garrison units Imobile?

I have been working on my Home Before The Leaves Fall mod version 4, I have a big problem with the Guard script. I have Garrison units positioned to defend the Eastern Front border, I want them to stay where they are and not attack anything, but they ignore what I presume option 7 in the Guard ...

Hi, I don't know about the Steam install. But for the PC version via Matrix, the 2 folders should be installed here:

Place the mod in this folder: C:\Users\[USER NAME]\Documents\My Games\Strategic Command - American Civil War\Campaigns

the only changes made were to the Prestige, Budget, and Tension answers to the in-game events questions. For example where the standard game Tension answer was maybe a positive number say 2 it was changed to a -1 so that in the game the tension level would reduce, the same idea applies to the ...
