Sometimes when I add units to an attack the odds in favor of the attacker actually decrease. I would have thought the more units joining in the fight the odds would increase in the attacker's favor. It happens with any scenario, including Tutorial. The popup window itself (which lists the scenarios) has a large notation at the top above the illustration that says "Unlicensed."
