I think you are right.

This seems to be the intention of this scenario.
For a TotH noob/beginner it makes no sense at first, but when you play scenario 3 then it all makes sense.

I'm playing Lock 'n Load Tactical Digital and Valor&Victory, but TotH is a moregripping game than the other two even ...

And I think it is weird, that you have an ordnance in a scenario which should you teach the handling of an ordnance and all the gun can do is fire once and then ...

I don't know if I missed something or if did something wrong, but I can fire the US AT gun in the second Training scenario just in one fire phase - then there is a message "no more HE available"

Is there a possibility to reload the gun or refresh the ammo for an ordnance piece ?
